Specifically: contact and enquiry data is retained for up to 3 years; career application data is retained for up to 2 years after the position is filled; website analytics data is retained for up to 26 months; financial and regulatory records are retained as required by the Companies Act, 2013, and DGCA regulations. After the applicable retention period, your data is securely deleted or anonymised.
9. Aviation Regulatory Compliance
As an airline operator in India, Air Indo Airlines is subject to oversight by the Directorate General of Civil Aviation (DGCA), the Ministry of Civil Aviation, the Airports Authority of India (AAI), and the Bureau of Civil Aviation Security (BCAS). When Air Indo Airlines commences commercial operations, additional data processing activities will apply — including passenger name records (PNR), booking data, and security screening information — as required under DGCA Civil Aviation Requirements (CARs), the Aircraft Act, 1934, and applicable security regulations. A separate passenger data privacy notice will be published prior to the commencement of commercial operations.
10. Children's Privacy
Our website is not directed at children under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If you believe we have inadvertently collected information from a child, please contact us immediately at privacy@airindo.in and we will promptly delete such information.
